Policy & Public Affairs

R3’s Policy & Public Affairs team ensures that the views, expertise and experience of our members are heard by government, regulators, parliamentarians and other key stakeholders.

By bringing together member insight from across the restructuring, insolvency and turnaround profession, we develop R3’s policy positions, respond to consultations, influence legislation and regulation, and champion the vital role our members play in supporting businesses, individuals and the wider economy.

Through research, stakeholder engagement and evidence-led advocacy, we help shape the policy and regulatory environment in which members operate, ensuring their voices are represented in public debate and decision-making.
