Special Situations M&A Faculty
The R3 Special Situations Mergers & Acquisitions (SSMA) Faculty has been established to provide a dedicated forum for discussion, knowledge-sharing and engagement among professionals operating in the special situations and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) market, from both an investing and advisory perspective. The Faculty recognises the important role that special situations transactions play within the broader restructuring, turnaround and distressed M&A landscape and the need for a structured space in which expertise and market insight can be shared.
Through its work, the Faculty aims to deliver enhanced sector insight, promote professional expertise within the community and increase external awareness and visibility of SSMA activity through structured content, engagement and thought leadership.
