Fraud & Asset Recovery Group

R3’s Fraud & Asset Recovery Group (FARG) brings together specialists who use the UK’s insolvency and restructuring framework to investigate fraud, recover assets and provide redress for creditors. The Group provides a forum for sharing expertise on fraud and financial wrongdoing, helping R3 develop policy positions, respond to consultations and engage with stakeholders on issues affecting the profession. It also promotes greater awareness of the role insolvency professionals play in tackling fraud and supports members in identifying and addressing financial wrongdoing.
