Join us for the return of R3’s Restructuring Forum, taking place in London on Thursday 22 October 2026.

This one-day event will bring together world-class speakers, including restructuring specialists and renowned experts, who will deliver unique insights into the hot topics in restructuring and turnaround. The session will cover managing changes in a company’s circumstances, responding when agreed arrangements break down, and HMRC’s approach to enforcement and winding-up petitions.
