Phil joined FRP in 2017 in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in their London office. He has over 20 years’ experience working in restructuring for major firms in the UK, the Middle East and south-east Asia, with a focus on the leisure, technology and retail sectors; he also has a keen interest in the charity and not-for-profit sector.
Phil provides advice to lenders and other stakeholders, and has carried out and advised on a number of company voluntary arrangements. He also lectures for both the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
