The guidance has been updated and is for individuals who were furloughed using the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS), then made redundant because their employer is now insolvent. The CJRS ends on 31 October.
The Insolvency Service will be providing further information with regard to the Job Support Scheme, which commences on on 1 November 2020, in due course.
