Carol Megram Official Receiver North West, The Insolvency Service Carol brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience across all sectors of the insolvency and turnaround industry. As a qualified solicitor with JIEB, she has advised multinational law firms on the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring solutions, developing expertise in complex cross-border matters and corporate turnarounds as well as bankruptcy and liquidation matters. Having spent some time teaching, Carol is currently serving as an Official Receiver, acting as trustee and liquidator across the North West region while holding specific responsibility for the recently formed Aftercare function. Carol seeks to bridge private practice experience with public sector responsibility. This dual experience provides invaluable insight into insolvency processes from multiple stakeholder perspectives.
