Member profile – profile check

Profile Check Flow

Step 1: Log in normally

Visit the homepage here: https://r3.org.uk/ Find member login in the navigation bar and log in using your existing R3 member credentials. If it is your first time logging in, you’ll need to set your password by clicking ‘reset password’.

Step 2: Review your profile details

After logging in, go to your member profile page and check that your existing profile details are correct.

Step 3: Upload a profile picture

Use the Edit Profile Picture option to upload a profile picture, then save the change.

Step 4: Check My Membership

From the member profile navigation, go to My Membership and check that your membership grade and membership details are correct.

Step 5: Check Contact Information

Go to Contact Information and check that your contact details are correct.

Step 6: Check Email Preferences

Go to Email Preferences and check that your email preferences are correct.

Step 7: Check Bookings

Go to Bookings in the member navigation. Review your bookings or applications and check that they match what you expect. If a booking is available, click View Booking for at least one booking.

Step 8: Check Billing

Go to Billing in the member navigation. Check that your billing information is correct. Open the details for a billing entry, test the Download Invoice option, and check that the downloaded invoice looks correct.

Step 9: Change your password from Security

Go to Security and change your password to a new temporary password. Save the change. If needed, change it back to your original password after confirming the password change works.

Step 10: Check your member profile in ‘member search’

Visit the public ‘member search’ page https://r3.org.uk/member-search/

Use the tools to find your profile

Step 11: Verify if your updated details have pulled through to member search

Once you have located your profile on member search, did your updated details pull through (e.g. profile photo, contact details, any other updated information).
