A member contacted the Technical Team after Companies House rejected LIQ01 ‘Declaration of Solvency’ because the numerical data contained within was NOT in £’sterling. The Team immediately sought clarity from Companies House on LIQ01 and LIQ02, who confirmed the following –
“I can confirm that there is no restriction on what currency can be used for the insolvency documents.” (24 May 2023)
