Dave is the Head of Tailored Support within Debt Management. He has been with the team since April 2020 and based in the Liverpool Regional Office.
As part of the team, he is responsible for reviewing and considering both large value and sensitive Time to Pay proposals from both customers, agents and IPs. In addition to this role Dave is the Debt Management lead for Part 26a cases and is looking to promote more effective engagement between HMRC and IPs.
Previously Dave worked as the Senior Technical Lead for HMRC’s Enforcement and Insolvency Service (EIS) in Cardiff overseeing company winding up action, Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administration.
Dave has spent the last 10 years in his roles building strong professional relationships with IP firms and is often contacted directly so to engage at the earliest opportunity for customers experiencing financial difficulty or considering insolvency action.
